Your sessions will be especially designed to focus on releasing toxins and stored physical (and emotional) tension from your body. From the yoga postures sequencing, to the music playlist I put together, to the essential oils used for your ‘savasana’ head massage at the end of the session – I carefully chose all elements to provide you with a full sensory experience. My yoga is open to all levels! So whether you are a super bendy yogi or would simply like to be able to touch your toes one day or to sort out your stiff shoulders, I will make sure that each one of you benefits from the class 100% and steps out afterwards feeling amazing! Our sessions will take place our yoga sessions will take place on the stunning grass pavilion above Hatta Fort’s rock pool – it really is quite magical.
Getting to Hatta Fort couldn’t be easier. It is just over an hour drive away from Dubai city centre. You will be staying in one of Hatta Fort’s deluxe chalet-style rooms, each featuring its own private balcony or terrace – just the right place to enjoy a minty tea or sundowner cocktail whilst enjoying the view across the 80 acres of manicured gardens and stunning mountain range. Hatta Fort has two swimming pools and our yoga sessions will take place on the stunning grass pavilion above their rock pool.
The focus will be detoxifying the body and food is a big part of this! All meals will be vegetarian with no gluten or refined sugar included. As a nutritional therapist – food that makes you feel energised and amazing is a big and important focus on this retreat. But, as a passionate foodie – food that tastes delicious is also an absolute imperative!
Your Retreat is from Thursday 5.30pm (arrive anytime from 2pm) to Saturday at Midday and includes:
